I tried to inquire about a missing credit via the "contact us" section of the Grobux website and I keep getting a "Please enter a subject" error message each time I try to submit my question even though I have a subject entered. I tried both IE and Firefox and got the same error message.

I apologize for the delay getting back to you. I understand that you are having a problem with one of your transactions not being tracked properly. I have notified our customer service department and one of our representatives will be getting back to you as soon as possible. If the email address we have on file for your account is not your preferred email, please send your inquiry directly to support -at- grobux.com and we will get back to you.
On a side note, we have been having minor browser compatibility issues which have already been addressed and will be launched with the next update. In the meantime, if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and e-mailed my details to the e-mail you gave me (support @ grobux . com). Hopefully they are able to fix the problem.
