• It takes another 30 days or longer for Pending Bonuses to become available for withdraw. This waiting or pending period is in place so you may have time to return items and not see charge backs on your available funds.

GroBux® provides services designed to help users save or make money while shopping for goods and services on the internet. This Agreement ("Agreement") between you, as a registered user ("User" or "You"), and GroBux®, as a provider of services, contains all the rights and responsibilities of both parties. As a registered User of GroBux® services (referred to as "GroBux.com" or "Site"), You agree that You have read, understood and agreed to all of the following "Terms and Conditions". Further, you consent to be bound by all of the "Terms and Conditions" within, including any future amendments.

GroBux® provides many tools to help Users find great deals on goods and services. One such tool is our "Bonus Bux" program that rewards Users with money back offers for participating in various programs or by purchasing goods and services. The BonusBux program is offered to you free of charge.

How It Works:
GroBux® partners with many merchants to provide you with the best goods, services and deals. When you purchase any of these goods or services, or participate in any deal, GroBux® gets paid a commission. GroBux® then shares some of that commission with you. In order to track your BonusBux, You must be logged into GroBux® before you participate in a BonusBux offer. GroBux® will then track your participation.

How Much Do I Get Paid:
How much money you get for participating in a deal or purchasing goods and services will vary. For most purchases, GroBux® offers a percentage of the sale as the BonusBux. For other deals, GroBux® will offer a fixed amount as the BonusBux. Every offer that is part of the BonusBux Program will be clearly marked as such and will have a BonusBux payment amount or percent. If you do not see a BonusBux payment amount or percent, that offer is not part of the BonusBux program and you will not receive any BonusBux for participating.

GroBux® BonusBux Limits:
At this time, you may earn an unlimited amount of BonusBux. If the amount of BonusBux or any other reward requested for redemption is sufficient for tax reporting, then you agree to complete any and all necessary tax forms, before funds will be released by GroBux®. You are solely responsible for reporting any and all monies released to you by GroBux® in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. You are solely liable for paying any and all taxes on rewards releases by GroBux® to You.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for BonusBux, You must "Qualify". In order to "Qualify", you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You shall be a registered member of GroBux®.
• You shall be 18 years of age or older.
• You shall be a citizen of the United States.
• You shall provide an accurate email address.
• You shall have cookies enabled on your Web browser.
• You shall make all Qualified Purchases by logging into GroBux.com with your use name and then clicking on a BonusBux link within.
• You must complete the BonusBux offer immediately following the initial click-through to any third-party site.
• You shall have a mailing address within the continental U.S.

Ineligibility:
Certain BonusBux restrictions may apply to some transactions. GroBux® will attempt to let you know if a transaction is ineligible. However, GroBux® makes NO guarantees that an offer will be eligible for BonusBux even if identified with a BonusBux payment amount or percent, and even if all eligibility requirements are satisfied.

Certain transactions are always ineligible for BonusBux and they include, but are not limited to:

• Purchase of gift certificates
• Shipping Charges
• Sales Tax

Determination of whether BonusBux will be rewarded is at the sole discretion of GroBux®. GroBux® will not be held responsible for any issues relating to the tracking or reporting of transactions, or the actions of third-parties, whatsoever.

Dispute Resolution:
Although GroBux® makes no guarantees that BonusBux will be rewarded, GroBux® does attempt to resolve any disputes in regard to BonusBux in a timely fashion. If you have a question in regard to BonusBux, you may contact customer service through GroBux.com. GroBux® will then attempt to resolve the issue.

Reporting of Bonus Bux:
Within thirty (30) days from the time transactions are reported to GroBux®, BonusBux will post to your account as "Pending". After GroBux® receives payment from their merchants and the return period, as defined by their merchants, has expired, "Pending" BonusBux will be marked as "Available".

BonusBux rewarded to you are subject to adjustments for many reasons, including but not limited to returns, cancellations, typos, reporting issues and technical or human error. If you disagree with any adjustments made to your account your sole remedy is to discontinue use of GroBux.com or contact GroBux® customer service.

Redeeming Rewards:
In order to redeem any rewards you must become an "Active" member. You become "Active" if during the current membership year you accumulate twenty (20) dollars of "Available" BonusBux. Each membership year begins on the month and day you registered with GroBux.com and ends one year later. Once this threshold is met, you may redeem any Available rewards by requesting payment in the form of a gift certificate or check through GroBux.com. Each time you request payment, the minimum withdraw request must be twenty (20) dollars. Each membership year you must earn Available BonusBux in the amount of twenty (20) dollars for you to be eligible to redeem Available rewards in that membership year. If the threshold is not met during a membership year, you will not be eligible for redeeming any rewards until that threshold is met. You are solely responsible for redeeming any rewards.

GroBux® is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Participating Merchant, or any Participating Merchant's withdrawal from the Program, or for any effect on accrual of BonusBux caused by such changes, discontinuance or withdrawal.

Expiration of BonusBux:
Any BonusBux shall expire two (2) years after it becomes Available. You are solely responsible for redeeming any rewards.

Termination of BonusBux:
GroBux® reserves the right to terminate BonusBux at any time with notice. In the event BonusBux is terminated, you will have forty-five (45) days to redeem your Available rewards, if you are an Active member, from the date notice is transmitted by GroBux® to the email address specified in your account. Notification will be sent to the email address on your account. GroBux® shall not be responsible for failing to notify you of BonusBux termination where such failure is caused by an inaccurate email address, your failure to check email online, your failure to inform GroBux® of a change in your email address or technical error.

How It Works:
You refer friends and family to GroBux.com. GroBux® tracks participation of your referrals by using a unique identifier. All of your referrals are "Level 1" referrals. Anytime your Level 1 referrals earn BonusBux (See "BonusBux" Program) you get a percentage of that Bonus in the form of a TierBux reward. If your Level 1 referrals refer users that earn BonusBux you earn "Level 2" TierBux rewards. If your Level 2 referrals refer users that earn BonusBux you earn "Level 3" TierBux rewards, and so on and so forth. Currently, TierBux goes to Level 10.

How Much Do I Get Paid:
How much money you get for a referral participating in a deal or purchasing goods and services will vary. TierBonuses are a percentage of the BonusBux that your referral earns. Only offers that qualify for BonusBux will qualify for TierBux.

When you become a registered user of GroBux.com, GroBux® will reward you with a one (1) time SignupBux Bonus. Your SignupBux bonus will count toward your yearly threshold.


Overview:
For every new and unique user you refer (also know as, "Level 1"), GroBux® will reward you with a one (1) time ReferralBux Bonus. Your bonus will be marked as "Pending" until that new user becomes "Active". At such time, your Referral Bonus will become "Available".

ReferralBux Limits:
At this time, you may refer up to five (5) "Level 1" users per month. If you reach this limit, you may request that this limit be increased. This limit is necessary to prevent SPAM.

If the amount of ReferralBux or any other reward requested for redemption is sufficient for tax reporting, then you agree to complete any and all necessary tax forms, before funds will be released by GroBux®. You are solely responsible for reporting any and all monies released to you by GroBux® in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. You are solely liable for paying any and all taxes on rewards releases by GroBux® to You.


You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times, including valid email address information. You are responsible for keeping your email address, password and all other information concerning your account confidential. GroBux® is entitled to act on instructions received under your username and password. GroBux® is not responsible for any credits or debits made to your account by someone else who uses your username or password. GroBux® will not be responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred through the use of your password by a third party.

You shall notify GroBux® within sixty (60) days of a "Qualified" transaction if you believe there has been an error in the recording of BonusBux. Failure to do such shall result in a forfeiture of an investigation.

Participation in the Program is personal to you. BonusBux received under the Program may not be assigned or transferred to any third party. The sale, transfer, lending, exchange, pooling or barter of any Bonus Bux reward is expressly prohibited. Any BonusBux assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred in violation of this Agreement may be confiscated or canceled. Any violation of the foregoing restrictions is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all Bonuses.

You authorize GroBux® to disclose to third parties information you have provided, or information that GroBux® has obtained about your account: (i) to agents of GroBux® or its affiliates, such as independent auditors, consultants or attorneys; (ii) to comply with government agency or court orders or requests; or (iii) where it is necessary for redemption or transfer of your Bonus Bux. You authorize GroBux® to receive any account information from any Affiliate Merchant including, but not limited to information regarding the transactions such as the products ordered, quantity order, time and date and email address. You agree to hold all third party merchants harmless for any information disclosed to GroBux®.

Any attempt to accumulate any bonus by any means not expressly outlined within, including but not limited to, any automated process, or through the use of multiple accounts is expressly prohibited. Such actions will result in the immediate termination of the users account and the forfeiture of any Bonuses. GroBux® reserves the right to pursue such conduct to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal and civil actions.
You also agree not to "spam" other individuals in an attempt to solicit participation in any of GroBux® programs. GroBux® reserves the right to terminate any member from the Program if they are found to be "spamming". It is the sole discretion of GroBux® to determine if a user is "spamming".


GroBux® provides forums to you free of charge. To post messages on the forums, you must be a registered member of GroBux.com. Any message posted on GroBux® forums expresses only the views of the author of the message and does not reflect the views of GroBux® or its affiliates. You agree that neither GroBux®, nor any person or entity associated with it, will be held responsible for the contents, accuracy, completeness or validity of any information posted on our forums. You agree that you will not use our forums to post any material, or links to any material, which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, related to gambling, related to drugs or otherwise unlawful. You agree you will not post promotional information for a website, entity or entity with which you are an affiliate, employee, owner, or otherwise receive any benefit from. Users who are in violation will be terminated from the program and forfeit any rewards.

You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your messages, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless GroBux® and their agents and employees with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of your message(s).

GroBux® reserves the right to monitor, edit and remove any posting for any reason whatsoever.


GroBux® provides coupons to users from time to time. GroBux® is not responsible for the redemption, errors/omissions or expiration of online coupons and it is the member's responsibility to make sure that a discount, % off, special pricing or free offer is present in the checkout process of an affiliate merchant. Coupons are generally not valid with any other offer from a specific merchant unless otherwise noted.

The use of coupons may nullify a Bonus. GroBux® reserves the right to cancel any Bonus due to the use of a coupon.

All offers and promotions on the Site are subject to change without notice. GroBux® has no control over the legality of any coupons or other offers made by merchants, the ability of any of the merchants to complete the sales in accordance with the offers, or the quality of the goods offered by the merchants. • Any violation of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement is grounds for termination of your account and forfeiture of any reward.
• If your account is inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months GroBux® may terminate your account.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting GroBux® through GroBux.com support.
• If your account is terminated for any reason, you forfeit all rewards, including any Available money.
